2. Accuracy of Photos, Durations and Group Sizes

All photographs, tour durations, group-size limits, itineraries and prices published on this website accurately reflect the actual services we provide. We do not use stock imagery that misrepresents the tour experience, and we do not publish fabricated reviews, ratings, awards or testimonials. Prices are shown as a clear total price in UAH before order confirmation, in line with our Terms and Conditions.

3. Weather Dependency

Our walking tours operate outdoors and are therefore weather dependent. In case of severe weather conditions, we may adjust the route, duration, or meeting arrangements. Affected participants will be notified as early as possible and offered rescheduling or a refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

4. Meeting Point Details

The exact meeting point, guide contact details and starting time are provided in your booking confirmation. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Late arrival may affect the tour duration but does not entitle the participant to a partial refund unless the tour was materially shortened due to our fault.

5. Legal Framework

Our services are provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР, the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 06.02.2015 (Articles 12-14), and the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' (new redaction of 2024, effective 01.01.2025). Advertising on this website complies with the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 4159-IX dated 14.11.2023.

6. Complaints and Refunds
