These Terms and Conditions (booking, cancellation and refund) govern the use of taskdeckout.com and the purchase of tour services from taskdeckout.com LLC, 12 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Business Center Continent, Office 504, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine. 1. Seller Identification

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 06.02.2015 (Articles 12-14), we clearly display our full legal name, registered address, ЄДРПОУ / state registration number (61562982) and working contact details. The offer terms, prices and complaint procedure are accessible on this website.

2. Pre-Contractual Information and Pricing

Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' (new redaction of 2024, effective 01.01.2025), full pre-contractual information (price, terms, seller identity) is provided before order confirmation. The total price is indicated in UAH; where shown in EUR, it is converted and displayed in UAH before payment. taskdeckout.com LLC is a single tax payer; VAT is optional and not additionally charged.

3. Tour Package Terms

Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР, our tour operator status and registration details are disclosed before purchase. Each tour listing states its inclusions, price and cancellation terms. Exclusions (visas, personal expenses, insurance unless stated) are listed on the tour page.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms are stated per tour at booking. Refund requests are processed according to the disclosed procedure; refunds are issued to the original payment method within the statutory period.

5. Group Size, Fitness and Accessibility

Maximum group sizes are stated per tour. Some itineraries require moderate fitness; accessibility limitations are disclosed on each tour page. Contact us before booking if you have specific needs.

6. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to contact@taskdeckout.com or +380 500 850 1373. We maintain a documented complaint and refund procedure and respond within statutory timeframes.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited as permitted by Ukrainian consumer protection law. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party providers or force majeure, subject to mandatory statutory rights of consumers.

8. Language

Under the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-IX 'On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language', a Ukrainian-language version of product and consumer information is available on this website.
